Photo Hunters: Water
I have taken a lot of pictures of water over the years but this is one of my favorites. This was taken from a boat on the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of 1770 (yes that is the name of the town) in Australia. I have never seen water quite as blue as the water there. It was an awe inspiring experience.

I can see why that would be one of your favorite shots, it is beautiful. Welcome to the Photo Hunt and I hope you have a great weekend!
:-)
What a beautiful picture! I would love to be there right about now!
I love the way the sky and the water have their one distinct version of blue.
Great choice.
Very cool picture! I'll be taking some pictures of some ocean water myself day after tomorrow! Can't wait!! :-)
What a gorgeous photo! Have a great Saturday!
What a lovely shot for todays theme
Love this take on the theme! A town with a number and not a name? very cool! My photos are up, please come and visit
Just beautiful....everything is SO blue!
I gather the land is the other direction? I really don't know how I feel about little or small boats on the huge ocean. Visions of shipwrecks and sea sickness enter my head. I certainly would not trust myself, nor anyone else for that matter to be out of sight of land. Just a wimp.
That is gorgeous!!! I was awe-struck by the clouds, but when I scrolled down to the water...wow!
Offical "welcome" to the hunt...even I come over daily :)
beautiful!
Great photo! Blue sky, blue sea, perfect combination. And I love your blog title. :)
You are so right; this is gorgeous. I love the clouds in the back. The boat is great: is it yours?
Look how blue that water is!
Mine's up too :)
